TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN THE ECOL AREA; FROM THE CLAYCRAFT CO.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1981 from The Claycraft Company; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on September 4, 1981 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from The Claycraft Company, for Sanitary Sewer Improvement in the ECOL Area, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
