TO ACCEPT FEES IN LIEU OF LAND DEDICATION FOR THE BEECHER CROSSING CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT; FROM CANINI AND PELLECCHIA

WHEREAS, based on the appraisal by Integra, Lorms & Belfrage for Canini & Pellecchia, under authority of Section 1109.08(e) of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, fees-in-lieu of land dedication for Beecher Crossing Condominiums, would be $10,875.00; and
WHEREAS, said fees were delivered to the City on January 17, 2001, and it is desirable to proceed to accept said fees in order that the building process may continue; and
WHEREAS, written certification, as required in Section 1109.08(h) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, has been received from the Zoning Administrator that all required fee payment requirements have been met by Canini & Pellecchia;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($10,875) is hereby accepted by this Council, and the Administration is authorized to release such permits and certificates as necessary for this development, under authority of Section 1109.08(j).
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
