WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented a deed to the Council Office from HMI Properties, Ltd. for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files; and

 

WHEREAS, this 1.885 Acres is being diven to the City for detention purposes; and

 

WHEREAS, this deed is for 1.885 acres on Clark State Road, known as Reserve B of the Park At Harrison Pond, The Villages at Rocky Fork, Section 10, Part 1A; and

 

WHEREAS, this deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorders Office on May 23, 2002;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the General Warranty Deed from HMI Properties for 1.885 acres, more or less, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.

 

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date signature of approval by the Mayor.
