SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- Engineer Assistance
Body
WHEREAS, the Engineer Assistance Account has been used by several departments in the City as well as Engineering for various projects, and is completely depleted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.145.5445, Engineer Assistance, to cover the herein costs.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 990001, passed January 2, 1999 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
