TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1035 EASTCHESTER DRIVE FOR STORM SEWER AND APPURTENANCES THERETO; FROM DANIEL DONOVAN.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from Daniel Donovan, for storm sewer purposes for property located at 1035 Eastchester Drive; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on September 27, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $1,000; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a storm sewer and appurtenant works thereto for property located at 1035 Eastchester Drive, said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
