TO ZONE 0.876 ACRES AS L-SO, LIMITED OVERLAY SUBURBAN OFFICE, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 810 E. JOHNSTOWN ROAD; DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, APPLICANT

 

Body

Whereas, 0.876+/- acres was recently annexed to the City of Gahanna and application has been made by the Department of Development to zone said acreage to L-SO, Limited Overlay Suburban Office; and

 

Whereas, Planning Commission held public hearing, said hearing held pursuant to notice and according to law and, as a result of such hearing and deliberations, on November 18, 1998, Planning Commission recommended an L-SO, Limited Overlay Suburban Office zoning for this parcel; and

 

Whereas, Council held Public Hearing on January 19, 1999, pursuant to notice and according to law;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1.  That the Official Zoning Map, adopted 198-96 on  November 19, 1996, as amended, is hereby amended by zoning 0.876+/- acres, more or less, to L-SO, Limited Overlay Suburban Office, said acreage more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, attached.

 

Section 2.  That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to amend and recertify the Official Zoning Map of the City of Gahanna, Ohio, to reflect the zoning contained in and approved by this ordinance.

 

Section 3.  That the Limited Overlay Text is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

 

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
