SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Taylor Road at Eastgate

WHEREAS, the Taylor Road at Eastgate project, Imp. No. 778, is ready to begin construction; and

WHEREAS, a portion of this project is being done through the TIF and the balance from the general fund; and

WHEREAS, a portion of the costs were appropriated by ORD-0120-2002 but additional funds are needed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That funding in the amount of THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVEN DOLLARS ($13,907) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.349.5821, Capital Projects, TIF.

Section 2.  That funding in the amount of NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS ($9,272) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General  Fund to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets.

Section 3.  That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.

Section 4.  That this ordinance will be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
