SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- Franklin County Board of Elections Grant; WAIVER OF SECOND READING.

WHEREAS, the City has received a grand from the Franklin County Board of Elections in the amount of $800 to offset the cost of sanitizing polling locations; and
WHERAS, the funding will be deposited into the CARES Act Fund as this is the fund utilized for sanitation costs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $800.00 from the unappropriated/unencumbered balance of the CARES Act Fund be appropriated to account number 230.06.000.5205 - CARES Act Fund Contract Service
Section 2. The second reading is hereby waived.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
