WHEREAS, the City has offered buyouts for certain employees to retire early and additional completed Early Retirement Incentive forms have been received; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation will be needed for the anticipated cost of the buyout for the Clerk of Court and an Equipment Operator in the Service Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.151.5131, Mayor's Court, PERS.

Section 2. That funding in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.991.5932, Transfer to Street Fund.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to Account No. 220.330.5131, Streets, PERS
Section 4. That ORD-0001-2011, passed January 3, 2011, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
