TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS - Sewer Fund to Sewer Capital Fund; and General Fund to Council Office Insurance Benefits
BODY
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering identified available funds in the amount of $39,000 within the Sewer Fund professional services to support the Olde Gahanna Sanitary Sewer project within the Sewer Capital Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Finance has completed a salary and benefit projection to year end based on staffing changes, actual hire dates, and changes in insurance selections since initial appropriations were passed and has identified $25,000 necessary to provide for Council Office insurance benefits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Council hereby authorizes the transfer for appropriations from the Sewer Fund to the Sewer Capital Fund as follows:
FROM:
661.11.000.5210 - Sewer Professional Services: $39,000
TO:
661.11.000.5900 - Sewer Transfer Out (to Sewer Capital Fund)
Section 2. That the Council hereby authorizes the transfer for appropriations within the General Fund as follows:
FROM:
101.02.240.5105 - Marketing & Communications Full Time Wages: $25,000
TO:
101.01.000.5135 - Council Office Insurance
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
