WHEREAS, to fulfill the Development Department's contract with The Ohio State University for two graduate level student interns in the City and Regional Planning Program, additional funds are needed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That funding in the amount of ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($11,425) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.343.5490, School Compensation, to the following accounts:

 $9,700            101.341.5113, Zoning Salary Seasonal

   1,322            101.341.5131, PERS

     262            101.341.5132, Workers Comp.               

     141            101.341.5138, Medicare

Section 2.  That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and on date of signature by the Mayor.
