WHEREAS, repairs and improvements are needed at the newly purchased Gahanna Swim Club, and funds are available from the Recreation, July 4th Account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($14,000) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.432.5415, Recreation, July 4th, to Account No. 101.440.5596, Gahanna Swim Club Capital Projects/Improvements.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,800) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.432.5415, Recreation, July 4th, to Account No. 101.440.5456, Gahanna Swim Club, Operational.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2008, passed January 2, 2008, is hereby amended to reflect these transfers.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
