WHEREAS, the Garage is in need of a single tier steel locker and closed locker base;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into purchase agreement with W.W. Grainger, 3640 Interchange Road, Columbus, Ohio 43204 for the purchase of a single tier steel locker and closed locker base, in accordance City specifications.

Section 2.  That funding in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS was set aside in the 2002 Appropriations to Account No. 101.512.5512, Capital Projects/Equipment, Garage, to cover the herein costs.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
