SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Reimbursement to Franklin County; Clark State Road

WHEREAS, Franklin County will be paving Clark State Road from Hamilton Road to Havens Road during the 2012 construction season; and
WHEREAS, in this section of Clark State Road, there is approximately 1,385 feet which is the maintenance responsibility of Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, Franklin County can include this work within their contract and is agreeable to being reimbursed for the actual cost of the work within the City's jurisdiction upon completion of the project; and
WHEREAS, application was made in March, 2012 for County Permissive Tax Funds;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($48,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the County Permissive Tax Fund to Account No. 231.330.5596, Permissive Tax Fund, Capital Projects/Improvements.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2012, passed January 2, 2012, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
