WHEREAS, letter quote was received on March 20, 2002 for engineering services proposal to increase the consultant scope of  services to include preparation of OPWC grant applications and LPA legislation agreement preparation, for the US 62 at Morse Road Intersection; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that we accept said  proposal;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHO:

 

Section 1.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into modified scope of services Agreement with MOODY NOLAN, INC., 1776 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43203, Improvement No. 753; for engineering services for preparation of OPWC Grant Applications and LPA legislation for the US 62 at Morse Road Intersection, in accordance with City specifications. 

 

Section 2.  Funding in the amount of EIGHTY TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,200) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.145.5533, Capital Projects Engineering, to cover the herein costs.

 

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
