AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND PART ELEVEN, PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, CHAPTERS: 1105, 1108, 1131, 1133, 1151, 1169, 1177, 1181, and 1187, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Planning & Development Department has recommended changes to Chapters 1105, 1108, 1131, 1133, 1151, 1169, 1177, 1181, and 1187 to modernize the public notice process for applications; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 13, 2021, during a regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That City Code, Chapters1105, 1108, 1131, 1133, 1151, 1169, 1177, 1181, and 1187, of Part Eleven of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, are hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing City Code, Chapters1105, 1108, 1131, 1133, 1151, 1169, 1177, 1181, and 1187, of Part Eleven of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
