TO ADOPT THE GAHANNA BIKEWAY MASTER PLAN, DATED SEPTEMBER, 1999, BY EDSALL AND ASSOCIATES, LLC FOR THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO

WHEREAS, Edsall & Associates, LLC, were contracted to prepare a Gahanna Bikeway Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission held Public Hearing on the Gahanna Bikeway Mater Plan and on September 19, 1999 recommended to Council the adoption of the Gahanna Bikeway Master Plan by Edsall & Associates, LLC; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed said Master Plan and made minor changes on pages 2 and 3 to clarify City policy on curbs and gutters;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby adopts the Gahanna Bikeway Master Plan, September, 1999, as amended, by Edsall & Associates, LLC, attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein, to be a part of the 1977-78 Master Plan Update.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
