Title

TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER ALONG CLOTTS ROAD; FROM JAMES J AND JOSEPHINE F TORNES.

Body

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1973 from James J. and Josephine F. Tornes; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on July 31, 1973 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from James J. and Josephine F. Tornes, for Sanitary Sewer on Clotts Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
