TO ACCEPT 0.783 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, ON JOHNSTOWN ROAD (U.S. ROUTE NO. 62) FROM JOSEPH A. TROVATO AND MOLLY TROVATO.

Body

WHEREAS, as a result of planning by the Department of Development, the City has acquired the Trovato property on Johnstown Road;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts 0.783 acre, more or less, of land on Johnstown Road (U.S. Route No. 62) for development planning, said land more particularly described in General Warranty Deed, attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
