TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR THE NORTHWEST SANITARY SUBTRUNK SEWER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON OLDE RIDENOUR ROAD; FROM PHYLLIS H. BREHM
Body
WHEREAS, a perpetual easement for construction, operating, maintaining or replacing a sewer line; and
WHEREAS, said sewer easement was recorded on August 2, 1984 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said sewer easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Phyllis H. Brehm, for sewer purposes on Olde Ridenour Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
