TO AMEND SECTION 161.12, ASSESSMENT, OF CHAPTER 161, INCOME TAX, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, in reviewing code at the end of the year it was noted there were some minor discrepancies in Section 161.12, Assessment, of Chapter 161, with regard to the Income Tax Review Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that these discrepancies be corrected,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 161.12, Assessment, of Chapter 161, Income Tax, is hereby amended as shown in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Section 161.12, Assessment, of Chapter 161, Income Tax, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
