SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Convention & Visitors Bureau

WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is needed to fund the Convention and Visitors Bureau for the balance of this year; and
WHEREAS, the Convention and Visitors Bureau was established this year with no money appropriated; and
WHEREAS, the Convention and Visitors Bureau will be funded hereafter in the course of the normal appropriation legislation each year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Twenty three Thousand Dollars ($23,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account Number 101.350.5245, Visitors Bureau.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
