TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG MORSE ROAD EAST OF HAMILTON ROAD, CONSISTING OF 1.120 ACRES FROM GAHANNA TRUCKING, INC.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna received a General Warranty Deed for right of way purposes along Morse Road, east of Hamilton Road from Gahanna Trucking, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the General Warranty Deed was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on December 2, 1988; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept this Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this General Warranty Deed for right of way purposes along Morse Road from Gahanna Trucking, Inc., said deed attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
