TO AMEND SECTION 1151.02, PERMITTED USES, OF CHAPTER 1151, PLANNED DISTRICTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, due to the creation of Chapter 771 of the Codified Ordinances, an update is needed to this Section of Code; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed, initiated changes, and recommended said changes to City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on June 19, 2000, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1151.02, Permitted Uses, of Chapter 1151, Planned Districts, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 1151.02, Permitted Uses, of Chapter 1151, Planned Districts, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
