SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Damage to City Property

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the damage of City property; and

 

WHEREAS, these funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered,

 

WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is requested,

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1.  That funding in the amount of one thousand eight hundred thirty-five dollars and zero cents ($1,835.00) as itemized below and is hereby appropriated as follows: 

 

a.                     $35.00 from General Fund 1010 to 101.11.420.5306 - Fleet Services

b.                     $1,400.00 from Streets Fund 2200 to 220.11.000.5300 - Materials & Supplies

c.    $400 from General Fund 1010 to 101.11.400.5300 - Materials & Supplies

 

Section 2.  That funding in the amount of thirty-five dollars and zero cents ($35.00) from the unappropriated unencumbered General Fund Balance (1010), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 101.11.420.5306 - Fleet Services.

 

Section 3.  That funding in the amount of one thousand four hundred dollars and zero cents ($1,400.00) from the unappropriated unencumbered Streets Fund Balance (2200), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 220.11.000.5300 - Materials & Supplies.

 

Section 4. That funding in the amount of four hundred dollars and zero cents ($400) from the unappropriated unencumbered General Fund Balance (1010), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 101.11.400.5300 - Materials & Supplies.

 

Section 5.  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
