WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals has had to have several meetings in the first half of this year; and
WHEREAS, due to the previous years lack of meetings the salary account was cut in this year's appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the salary account does not have sufficient funds to pay personnel through December;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($2,350) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance in the general fund to the following accounts:
101.347.5114 - BZA Members, Salaries $2,000
101.347.5131 - BZA, PERS 272
101.347.5132 - BZA, Workers Comp 49
101.347.5138 - BZA, Medicare 29
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2003, passed January 2, 2003 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
