WHEREAS, Franklin County has paved Clark State Road from Hamilton Road to Havens Road; and
 
WHEREAS, in this section of Clark State Road, there is approximately 1,385 feet which is the maintenance responsibility of Gahanna; and
 
WHEREAS, Franklin County included this work within their contract and is to be reimbursed for the actual cost of the work within the City's jurisdiction upon completion of the project; and
 
WHEREAS, application was made in March, 2012 for County Permissive Tax Funds and the project is now complete; and
 
WHEREAS, the remainder funds need to be returned to the County for placement in the Permissive Tax Fund;
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
 
Section 1.  That funding in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO DOLLARS ($8,582) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the County Permissive Tax Fund to Account No. 231.330.5596, Permissive Tax Fund, Capital Projects/Improvements.
 
Section 2.  That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to return said funds to Franklin County for deposit in the permissive tax fund for our future use.
 
Section 3.   That ORD-0001-2013, passed January 2, 2013, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.  
 
Section 4.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
