WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna granted an easement to Columbia Gas for .734 +/- acres on Springbrook Drive and Cherrybottom Road for utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on May 11, 1998; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary for future research purposes to accept this Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Easement for utility purposes granted to Columbia Gas; said easement attached as EXHIBIT A hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
