TRANSFER OF FUNDS - Hunters Ridge Pool

WHEREAS, due to the good weather conditions this summer the Hunter Ridge Pool was open more days than usual and there was a great increase in those taking swimming lessons; and
WHEREAS, because of the above mentioned conditions additional funding is needed in the Hunters Ridge Pool Part Time Staffing, PERS, Workers Comp and Medicare accounts and a transfer of funds is necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY SIX DOLLARS ($9,356) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.438.5320, HRP Operation Equipment, to the following Accounts:
$8,000 to Account No. 101.438.5111, HRP Part Time Staffing
$1,120 to Account No. 101.438.5131, HRP PERS
$ 120 to Account No. 101.438.5132, HRP Workers Comp
$ 116 to Account No. 101.438.5138, HRP Medicare
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2012, passed January 2, 2012, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
