TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON STYGLER ROAD; FROM RUSSELL F AND ESTHER B JACOB AND FREMONT AND YOLA GARDNER.

WHEREAS, a Deed of easement for roadway and utility purposes was obtained in 1968 from Russell F. and Esther B. Jacob, and Fremont and Yola Gardner; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Easement was recorded on July 12, 1968 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said roadway and utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Russell F. and Esther B. Jacob and Fremont and Yola Gardner for roadway and utility purposes, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
