SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - WARD 1 PARK GRANTS

WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a number of grants for the Ward 1 Park and the funds being awarded need appropriated to begin projects; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires supplemental appropriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($245,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated/unencumbered balance of the State Capital Fund to the State Capital Grant Projects/Improvements Fund, Acct No., 322.411.5596.
Section 2. That funding the amount of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($35,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated/unencumbered balance of the Parks & Rec Donation Fund to the Parks & Recreation Donation Capital Improvement, Account No. 227.432.5596.
Section 3. That ORD-0102-2017, passed December 18, 2017, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
