SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - State Highway Fund

WHEREAS, due to one of the worst winter seasons for snow removal in years a supplemental appropriation is needed as overtime accounts have been dramatically depleted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the State Highway Fund to Account No. 222.331.5117, State Highway Overtime.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,800) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, appropriated Balance of the State Highway Fund to Account No. 222.331.5131, State Highway PERS.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the State Highway Fund to Account No. 222.331.5132, State Highway Workers Comp.
Section 4. That funding in the amount of TWO HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($290) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the State Highway Fund to Account No. 222.331.5138, State Highway Medicare.
Section 5. That ORD-0001-2014, passed January 2, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 6. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by Council and the signature of approval by the Mayor.
