TO ACKNOWLEDGE A DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS BY JG GAHANNA HOTEL II, LTD., FOR THE FAIRFIELD SUITES AND SPRINGHILL SUITES PROPERTIES ON TAYLOR ROAD

WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for the Fairfield Suites and Springhill Suites Properties; and
WHEREAS, these Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions have been recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on June 1, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby acknowledges receipt of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for the Fairfield Suites and Springhill Suites properties on Taylor Road, said Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
