TO AMEND CHAPTER 154, LANDSCAPE BOARD, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, while reviewing the compensation of the Landscape Board it was determined that a code change was necessary regarding meeting requirements, and
WHEREAS, it was recommended by the Director of Parks and Recreation and by the Landscape Board that the number of meetings per year be changed to a minimum of four instead of six;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 154, Landscape Board, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 154, Landscape Board, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
