TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR CARPENTER ROAD HAMILTON ROAD AREA SANITARY SUBTRUNK SEWER; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.
Body
WHEREAS, four easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1968 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on July 10, 1968 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Eastgate Lodge No. 603 Free and Accepted Masons, Forrest Wayne Johnson, Joseph D. Worman, and Charles Jay & Erma Worman, John Monroe & Marjorie Worman, Robert Lewis and Betty L. Worman, and Boyd M. & Virginia M. Worman Solt, for utility purposes in the area of Carpenter Road and Hamilton Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through D attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
