TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITIES IN THE AREA OF WORMAN DRIVE AND HAMILTON ROAD; FROM RICHARD L AND LAMOINE K KARN AND PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH.

WHEREAS, two easements for construction, using and maintaining all public and private utilities above and beneath the surface of the ground in common with the use by other utilities were obtained in 1974 from Richard L. & LaMoine K. Karn, and Peace Lutheran Church; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on February 5, 1974 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Richard L. & LaMoine K. Karn, and Peace Lutheran Church, for utility purposes in the area of Woman Drive and Hamilton Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
