WHEREAS, the Water Resources Engineer has requested that application be made for Ohio Public Works Commission Funds for the West Gahanna Utility Improvements Project, Phase 1; and
WHEREAS, Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission has asked for a resolution of support of this application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to submit the project funding request to Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission for OPWC funds for the West Gahanna Utility Improvements Project, Phase 1.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council.
