TO ACCEPT A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM HMI PROPERTIES, LTD., TO BE USED AS RIGHT OF WAY FOR 0.283 ACRE AND 0.326 ACRE LOCATED ON CLARK STATE ROAD.

WHEREAS, negotiations have been made for certain right of way for possible road widening and improvements; and
WHEREAS, a General Warranty Deed has been received from HMI Properties, Ltd., and it is necessary and desirable to accept this Deed at the earliest possible date; and
WHEREAS, said deed was recorded with the Franklin County Recorder on June 23, 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts GENERAL WARRANTY DEED granted by HMI PROPERTIES, LTD., for right of way on Clark State Road, said Deed more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, which is attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
