TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT IN GAHANNA PLACE AT THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AT HAMILTON ROAD FROM GAHANNA PLACE, LTD., TO BE USED FOR WATERLINE EASEMENT

WHEREAS, a Deed of Easement for a strip of land in Gahanna Place at Hamilton Road has been received from Gahanna Place Ltd.; and
WHEREAS, this land is for the purpose of a water line easement; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Easement was recorded on April 2, 1999, by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Easement is now ready for acceptance by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Gahanna Place Ltd., which is a strip of land to be used for water line easement purposes in Gahanna Place at Hamilton Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
