SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - TAYLOR ROAD WATER LINE
Body
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised and recommended that it is necessary and desirable to replace certain transite pipe with iron pipe on Taylor Road Water Line, Improvement No. 645;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the Water Fund to Account No. 651.350.5596, Water Line Improvements,for the purpose of replacing transite pipe with iron pipe on the Taylor Road Project, Improvement No. 645, using unit prices previously bid in contract.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 980001, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
