A RESOLUTION TO HONOR AND COMMEND KRYSTAL GONCHAR FOR HER SERVICE TO THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, in 2015 Krystal Gonchar began working part-time as an Office Support Worker III in Council Office; and
WHEREAS, in 2017 Krystal Gonchar was promoted to the full-time Records Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, in 2018 Krystal Gonchar was promoted to Deputy Clerk of Council/Records Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, in 2021 Krystal Gonchar was promoted to Clerk of Council; and
WHEREAS, Krystal Gonchar devoted many evenings clerking Council Committee and Council meetings; Civil Service, Planning Commission, and other City boards; and
WHEREAS, Krystal Gonchar graduated in 2020 with a master’s degree in Public Administration; and
WHEREAS, in January of 2022 Krystal Gonchar earned her Certified Municipal Clerk designation.
WHEREAS, Krystal Gonchar will be missed personally and professionally by the City of Gahanna staff, citizens, and Council; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to express our greatest appreciation to Krystal Gonchar for her service, devotion, and commitment to the City of Gahanna.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby honors and commends Krystal Gonchar for seven years of service to the citizens of the City of Gahanna and wishes her well in all future endeavors.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effective immediately after passage by this Council.
