TO ENACT CHAPTER 159, BOARD OF HEALTH OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, The Franklin County Board of Health requires the adoption of their code as a condition of a contract with them; and
WHEREAS, a Franklin County Board of Health contract was approved by ORD-0248-2002; and
WHEREAS, after review by the Clerk of Council and City Attorney, it was determined that to enact a section of code regarding the Board of Health was the best approach; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 159, Board of Health is hereby enacted as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That Title One, Administrative, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended to reflect this new Chapter.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
