TO AMEND SECTION 331.34, FAILURE TO CONTROL; WEAVING; FULL TIME AND ATTENTION, OF CHAPTER 331, OPERATION GENERALLY, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna is amending this section of code to further align with Chapter 331 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That Section 331.34, Failure to Control; Weaving; Full Time Attention, of Chapter 331, Operation Generally, is hereby amended as shown in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.

Section 2.  That any Ordinance or Ordinances in conflict hereto are hereby repealed.

Section 3.  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
