TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWERS AND FOR SANITARY SEWERS IN HUNTERS RIDGE SUBDIVISION; FROM EQUITABLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

WHEREAS, two easements for construction, using and maintaining a storm sewer were obtained in 1975 and 1977 from Equitable Development Corporation, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, three easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1968 and 1971 from Equitable Development Corporation, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, one easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary and storm sewer was obtained in 1971 from Equitable Development Corporation, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on various dates in those same years by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Equitable Development Corporation, for utility purposes in Hunters Ridge Subdivision, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through F attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
