TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN ROCKY FORK HEIGHTS; FROM CLIFFORD R AND SARAH A FISHER.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a water line and appurtenant works was obtained in 1958 from Clifford R. & Sarah A. Fisher; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on July 25, 1958 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Clifford R. and Sarah A. Fisher, for water line purposes in Royal Manor said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
