TO ACCEPT WINDWARD TRACE SANITARY SEWER FEES, IMPROVEMENT NO. 692; AND APPURTENANCES THERETO, IN THE WINDWARD TRACE CONDO PROJECT, AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1105.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, the City Engineer has certified in writing that the improvements of the water line, street, and storm sewer, SA#692; and sanitary sewer; and appurtenances thereto, in the Windward Trace Condo Project, are completed and approved or that bond or other surety has been furnished assuring construction and initial maintenance of all required improvements; and
WHEREAS, the immediate acceptance of these improvements is requested and deemed appropriate in order to prevent any further delay in the development of this project, all for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety, and welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the improvements of the water line, street, and storm sewer, SA # 692 and appurtenances thereto, in the Windward Trace Condo Project, are hereby accepted.
Section 2. That, for reasons set forth in the preamble above, this ordinance is declared emergency legislation, and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and upon the date of signature approval by the Mayor.
