WHEREAS, certain old deeds have filtered to the Clerk of Council for acceptance by Council and filing in the permanent Deed files;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a sanitary sewer line and appurtenances thereto along Clotts Road from PAUL SARINA AND BETTY K.SARINA, said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
