TO HONOR AND COMMEND FRANK O'HARE FOR SERVICE ON THE CITY OF GAHANNA PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE LANDSCAPE COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, FRANK O'HARE had a great love for the City of Gahanna and wanted to service the citizens of Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, FRANK O'HARE was appointed to a 3 year term on the Gahanna Planning Commission in January of 2001; and
WHEREAS, FRANK O'HARE was appointed to two additional 3 year terms on the Planning Commission and served through December of 2009; and
WHEREAS, FRANK O'HARE served as Vice Chair of the Planning Commission in 2006, and as Chair in 2009; and
WHEREAS, FRANK O'HARE was appointed to a 3 year term on the Landscape Commission where he served until December of 2012; and
WHEREAS, FRANK O'HARE served on both the Planning Commission and Landscape Commission with respect and dedication and will be missed by all who have had the pleasure to serve with him;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That FRANK O'HARE is hereby honored and commended for his service to the City of Gahanna both on the Planning Commission and the Landscape Commission.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
