Title

TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT FOR ORCHARD HILL SUBDIVISION; FROM KENNETH F AND HELEN H MANNING.

Body

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1961 from Kenneth F. and Helen H. Manning; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on January 24, 1961 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Kenneth F. and Helen H. Manning, for Sanitary Sewer Improvement for the Orchard Hill Subdivision, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
