TO HONOR AND COMMEND LEO FRAILEY FOR 29 YEARS OF SERVICE AT GAHANNA LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL.

WHEREAS, LEO FRAILEY has served the students of Gahanna Lincoln High School as the Occupational Work Experience Coordinator for the past 29 years; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure LEO FRAILEY has been recognized as a distinguished educational leader, serving on the State Advisory Council and being recognized as the Southeast Region Teacher of the Year in 1985-86; and
WHEREAS, LEO FRAILEY has established collaborative relationships with many area businesses developing job stations, mentorships, and program advocates throughout the community; and
WHEREAS, LEO FRAILEY has served his community as a civic leader serving on the Gahanna Board of Zoning & Building Appeals from 1991 through 1999; and
WHEREAS, throughout the past 29 years, over 650 students struggling to meet their graduation requirements have had the benefit of LEO FRAILEY'S tireless efforts and unwavering determination to help them become responsible students, employees, and citizens while earning their diploma.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration do hereby extend their congratulations to LEO FRAILEY for his contribution to our community and wishes him well in his retirement.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
